Dakshyani Durrgha Paramaeswaran

Dakshyani Durrgha Paramaeswaran read law at the University of London and graduated in 2019. She subsequently obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice in 2020 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023.

Prior to joining T. Thavalingam & Co, Dakshyani practised primarily in civil litigation. She has acted both as counsel and junior counsel in successfully defending interlocutory applications and as junior counsel in matters involving the defence of insurance companies and professionals. She also gained experience at one of Malaysia’s largest law firms, where her portfolio encompassed a broad range of civil litigation matters, including maritime and shipping claims.

Currently, Dakshyani specialises in employment and industrial relations law. She assists the Firm’s Partners in representing corporate clients in unfair dismissal claims, with a particular focus on cases involving employee misconduct, and advises on a wide range of employment-related matters.
