We are pleased to announce that our Managing Partner, Dato' Thavalingam, will be speaking at the IR Law Conference 2021, which is being held on 15 and 16 June 2021.
Dato' Thava will be addressing the issue of how employers can deal with misconduct risks in the current global environment, where more and more employees are working remotely and traditional means of supervising staff may no longer be adequate. Cyber security, communication rules, monitoring of work output and quality, workplace investigations and absenteeism are among the various issues which will be canvassed during this forum.
